Travel Agent

We're using again `Tall Stories' who did a fantastic job last year. Tall Stories are registered with the Travel Trust Association and have extensive experience with group holidays.

The agent has effectively done their job by the time the trip comes around. However Tall Stories will be joining us at the resort to provide some continuity. Tall Stories key responsibility is to liaise with the tour operator and book people on the trip.

Having a team of reps on the trip is a huge benefit as they  are on hand to help make your holiday as trouble free as possible.

If you bought insurance through Tall Stories, in the event of an emergency they will be able to help you process your claim, and deal with any emergency arrangements.

Our responsibility is to sell the trip, organise the dance nights and do what we can to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Others have tried to copy the formula, but our trip continues to be the best selling trip.

Tour Operator

The tour operator, First Choice, leases the accommodation and organises the catering and transfers.

The tour operator does not have any involvement with the organised dance nights and therefore you will need to speak to us or the Tall Stories rep’s in this regard.

Dancers

It’s no surprise that the vast majority of people on the trip are dancers, but what’s interesting is the geographical spread of where people come from. Last year we had people from Australia, Sweden and all over the United Kingdom.

Every year there are also a number of people who are either complete dance or ski novices.

Rather like most social dance nights, most people come on their own. If you do book on your own, unless you pay the single supplement you will be sharing your room with someone of your own sex.
