Can I book on my own?
Absolutely yes. Last year, 59% of people booked on their own.
Will the price drop if I wait until closer to the time?
No, if anything the price is likely to go up.
How do you designate the rooms?
The rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis, and generally speaking the better rooms are filled first.
I'm not a dancer?
The dancing is only one aspect of the trip, non dancers are welcome. We will also be running dance lessons in the evenings if you fancy having a go.
Will I find a cheaper holiday on the web?
Although we can’t guarantee you won’t find a cheaper holiday, we think it’s unlikely. Our holiday is discounted from the brochure price and popular resorts like Alpe d’Huez don’t have to offer last minute deals as the resort usually sells out anyhow. Furthermore, this trip is unique you won’t find anything else that combines all the activities that we’ve planned. Typically last minute cheap ski holidays are to places that have inferior skiing conditions like Austria and Italy.
What clothes do I need to take for March?
March can be a lovely month in the Alps. The days are mild, but the nights will be cold, so the snow stays in good condition. Be sure to bring lots of layers so that you can adapt according to the conditions. The sun will be very strong in the mountain air so a high factor sun cream is essential.
Is the trip only for people in London?
Far from it, last year for example, we had people from Australia and America as well as people from all over Britian.
Do I need a partner for the dancing?
Not at all, everybody changes partners during the dance evenings.
Will there be any other people who've never skiied before?
Every year, there's always a good number of people that have never been skiing before. In fact, they usually all do group ski lessons in the mornings together.
