If you do not provide this information by 5th Jan, Tall Stories reserve the right to add the cost of insurance to your final balance.

To confirm your place on the trip, you need to send a completed booking form to Tall Stories and pay a deposit of £150, plus the insurance premium where relevant.

If you are booking within 10 weeks of departure, you will be asked to pay the full balance at the time of booking.

Please also send us 2 passport photos of yourself for your ski pass, by
3rd February 2004.

Payments can either be made by filling in the credit card section in the booking form or by sending a cheque payable to `Tall Stories Trust Account'.
