We think it's important to try and make it a group holiday as much as possible and therefore we try and keep everyone together, we therefore only use resorts that have sufficient chalet hotel style accommodation. However this year we have also reserved some places in a 4 star hotel for those that want a higher standard of accommodation.

The Chalet hotels that we’ve reserved in Alpe d’Huez offer a variety of standards of accommodation and price.

Providing the trip sells out you will have the run of the Chalet hotels and the opportunity to socialise and eat with scores of other dancers.

Accommodation in ski resorts is always very basic and Alpe d’Huez is no exception, so if you've never been skiing before you may be surprised just how basic your room is, for example don't expect a trouser press or tea making facilities etc. Ski resorts work on the basis that seeing as you don't spend much time in your room, they don't put much in it.

Breakfast

A buffet style breakfast is served in each of the hotels, you can expect things like bread rolls, cheese and ham etc.

Lunch

Lunch is not provided, however sandwiches can be ordered the night before from your hotel. These cost about £2.50 and are usually very substantial.

Afternoon Tea *

Most people come down from the slopes at this time (4:30pm). In addition to Tea and Coffee, a selection of cakes and or French bread & Jam are served.

Dinner *

Everyone dines together at the same time and apart from vegetarians everyone has the same meal in the chalet hotels. Wine is served with your evening meal.

We have arranged with each of the chalet hotels we are using to have the meal times brought forward on the days we have organised dance nights.

ACCOMMODATION IS ON A STRICTLY FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

IF YOU BOOK LATE YOU MAY NOT HAVE ENSUITE, HOWEVER YOU WILL BE ADVISED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

* Afternoon tea and wine with dinner are not provided at the Royal Ours Blanc.
